The Osteocalcin (Intact) ELISA kit is an immunoenzymatic assay for the quantitative measurement of intact human osteocalcin (OST) in serum.
The Osteocalcin (1-43/49) ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative determination of both human osteocalcin (1-49) [intact] and human osteocalcin (1-43) [N-terminal or mid-regional] levels in samples. This kit is useful for assessing the bone formation activity or osteoblast activity associated with changes in the rate of bone turnover in metabolic bone diseases, such as osteoporosis, primary hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Paget's disease, and renal osteodystrophy.
